_process

How we work

01
Discovery Call
30 minutes. We ask, you answer. No prep needed on your side.
02
Infrastructure Audit
We go in and document everything — systems, access, contracts, gaps.
03
Report & Recommendations
A clear document with a prioritized action list. No jargon, no filler.
04
Implementation Support
We stay while you act on it — reviewing vendors, decisions, and rollout.

_assessment scope

What we examine

Every audit covers eight layers. We map each one, flag the risks, and rank them by what they actually cost you.

01
Network & Connectivity
Topology, bandwidth, and the single points of failure no one drew on a map.
02
Security & Access
Accounts, permissions, and the surfaces quietly exposed to the internet.
03
Cloud & Infrastructure
What runs where, who owns it, and what it’s really costing per month.
04
Backup & Recovery
What’s protected, what isn’t, and how fast you’d actually come back.
05
Licensing & Spend
What you pay for versus what you use — and where the overlap hides.
06
Identity & Endpoints
Devices, onboarding, and the offboarding that never quite finished.
07
Vendors & Contracts
Terms, renewal dates, and the lock-in clauses worth renegotiating.
08
Documentation & Process
What’s written down versus what lives only in one person’s head.

_who we help

Is this for you?

← scroll →
01

Growing startup

You’ve outgrown Google Workspace and have no IT plan beyond “it works for now.”

02

Mid-size company

Your IT grew organically over the years. Now it’s a mess no one fully understands.

03

New CTO / IT Director

You inherited someone else’s infrastructure and need a true picture of what you own.

04

Pre-M&A due diligence

You need an independent IT audit before a deal closes — not the seller’s version.

05

Regulated industry

Compliance is coming and you’re not ready. You need to know the gaps before an auditor does.

06

After an incident

You’ve had a breach or outage and need to harden the systems so it doesn’t happen twice.

07

Scaling fast

Headcount is doubling and your systems can’t keep up. You need a plan before they break.

_faq

Questions,
answered plainly.

The things people ask before they start. If yours isn’t here, a short call clears it up faster than a form ever could.

Each service has a published starting price — an audit begins at $4,800, a strategy engagement at $7,500. The final number depends on the size of your environment and the depth you need. After a short discovery call we send a fixed scope and a fixed price. No hourly surprises, no open-ended retainers unless you ask for one.
An infrastructure audit usually runs two to three weeks from kickoff to final report. A strategy and roadmap engagement is typically four to six weeks. Documentation and vendor work scale with the number of systems involved. We agree the timeline before we start and we hold to it.
A written document you can act on — findings, risks ranked by priority, and concrete recommendations with reasoning. For documentation work you receive the finished policies and process records themselves. Everything is plain language, structured, and yours to keep. No slide theatre.
We are remote-first and most engagements run entirely over secure remote access and scheduled calls. When a project genuinely needs someone in the room — a physical site walkthrough, for instance — we arrange it. Working remotely keeps the cost down and the pace up for the majority of cases.
We request the least access required to do the work, and only for as long as the work lasts. Every engagement is covered by a confidentiality agreement before anything begins. We do not retain credentials after a project closes, and we never share what we see with anyone outside your team.
Both, on your terms. Many clients take the report and execute it with their own people. Others want us alongside them while they do — reviewing decisions, sanity-checking vendor quotes, answering questions as they go. We stay as involved as you need and step back when you don’t.
Often, yes — for a different reason than you’d expect. Your team is close to the systems every day, which makes an independent read valuable precisely because we are not. We are not here to replace anyone; we give leadership a second, unbiased view and give your team backup for decisions they already suspect are right.
Small is fine. Some of the clearest wins come from companies that outgrew their early setup and never paused to plan. We scope the work to match the size of the problem, so you are not paying enterprise prices for a fifteen-person team. If an audit is more than you need right now, we will tell you that too.
